A platform for the international REILEAP project

A website for a consortium of ten organisations in six countries — with materials, news and documents in several languages.

About the project

REILEAP is an Erasmus+ project aimed at modernising the leather industry in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Its goal is to strengthen university–enterprise cooperation and establish four leather product centres: two in Uzbekistan and two in Kazakhstan.

The brief

For an international project, the website plays two roles at once. For the industry it is a shop window: companies need to find the centres' services and understand how they can help. For Erasmus+ it is a reporting obligation: results, events and publications must stay publicly available throughout the project and after it ends.

What we did

01Multilingual architecture

A separate address for each language version, a switcher between them and correct language signals for search engines, so every version is indexed in its own right.

02News section

Publishing material about training sessions, consortium meetings and project milestones — with dates, images and a year-by-year archive.

03Document library

Reports, presentations and training materials, available for download and preserved after the grant ends.

04Partner pages

Every consortium organisation with a description, logo and link — part of the transparency requirements of Erasmus+.

The outcome

The project has finished, but the platform still works as a public archive of its results — the materials remain available to the industry after funding ended.
